MYTHODEA ~ Dark Night of Soul

In the labyrinth of darkest dreams, I am the pitch
of coldest night

In the solace of the blackest dawn — I seek you

Where unblinking eyes sojourn in forests wild,
the kiss of ash and sanguine bespeaks
Whispers of a thousand skies rust and fall
The syrup of the gloaming hums thru the trees..
Obsidian mists bejewel the hunger of my soul,
like silhouettes dissolving into the poise of talons
In murk of scorched grove, Witches tears drip from
the leaves… caressing the tip of my tongue

Acrid winds scented by forbidden incantations,
slither deep into the prelude of Love's sacrament
In shallow of ebon fields I bask in beauti

Lie or Run Game

Nowadays they continue to stop believing,
Having many wishes, but after all just leaving
All the sweat in building their own castle is in vain
Once called "truth or dare", now it's "lie or run" game.

Talents, dreams, hopes..all lost in mirages,
What's the point if there are no goals?
People quit thinking of what they are good at
It is just the cruel societie's true fact.

I bet you,a coward, ever played "Truth or Dare"
But in the end you said it is not fair
To be honest and courageous, leaving behind a golden name
So that's why you have chosen "Lie or Run" game.

Suffering, revulsion, pain, misery
         Greed, power, corruptions and lies
Sparks of war manifest itself to the world

Mistakes unhide itself to the world
         past and presents connects the dots
Inevitable consequences comes along

Virus outbreaks and new disease
Starts wiping lives

Availability of jobs, constant changes of nature, extinction of rarity
A coming of struggles

Survival and War games
             will start of a new end

Turquoise Eyes

Turquoise eyes. So glossy, so bright. Nobody could ever forget them. She could not, even after all those years.
Saturday, spring, morning. Three words of color and purity. A fresh air, covered in dandelion puff, was blowing their minds. He was moving his trembling lips so tender and gentle, that the girl could barely notice a word that he said. The words wanting to get out were just like hieroglyphs wanting to be discovered. Sounds of poetry flowing from his soul, such a pity he was a little shy, even though he would not admit it.

THORN

The blood has turned into dust
But in veins is still pouring lust
Even if my hands tremble, are numb
The whole skin is painted with plumb.

Day by day,trying to erase memories,
I feel like a criminal, destroying evidences
I may demolish or at least rebuilt that wall
Still remains...it does not change at all.

I need more thread for the reopened scar
How else would I manage to walk far?
And I will always have in addition behind
Something which still carries my mind.

Hope is just too far for my reach

Is it just me, or everyone is out of reach

Shadows overcomes my deepest hole

Night becomes my day

Sleepless grief stomp me

My bright days had gone

Faith is almost breathless

Suffocated by doubt

Little light shines

Buried deep

And out

of

Reach

UltraVioletThis is the colour on the other side of light
Somewhere between purple and infinity
It's dark light, can't-see-with-it light
This is what they use for mysteries
Luminescent, not-there light
Only visible by the glowing
Of ghost-white sheets

It tells you when something isn't true,
For killing disease, turning you into gold
This intangible light whispers things
Secrets about the Universe, and atoms
It's the blood-light, the hunter's friend
It can make softness hard, invisible ink

It burns, divides, heals, protects
This ultraviolet light

Emerald Potion

Emerald eyes in the light of a blue lagoon
Questions: What are you? Who are you?
Endless hair, the large Sea of Red
A creepy sight flowing between life and death.

Purple lips, whispering the sound of moon
A neck covered in pearls, painted by night's gloom
The chest with a soul who is not at home
Only the heart is there, but the owner, gone.

And again those wondering emerald eyes
Stealing the light from jealous stars
Fearing nothing, but everything aware of them
Oh, emerald eyes, such a pity to say farewell.

my frozen heartthe winter is harsh
my hands are cold
the gloves are unnecessary

my heart is so cold
that he looks a bit like to this frozen lake

Prisoner from the Ice
he knows not breathe
he suffocates like our love

How Dare You Pity Me

You pity me!!
How dare you
Believe in the slightest way
I am lower than you.
I see the shifty looks
That transverse as I pass
The whispered words
The rumors as they start to amass
You think me too stupid
To notice the obvious
Or has my poverty
Made me oblivious
To simple truth
At me you continually attack.
You think I don't see
When your masks begin to crack.
How this faithfulness
You continue to spew
Falls away like magic
The moment I leave you.
Has your pity made happy,
Do feel you've changed
The life of those less fortunate
Through the lies you've arranged.
Do you think pretty words
Will save what's left of my lif

Sapphire CastlesLavished in celestial streams of rich azure,
her voice weaves thru star-systems with song
Depthless eyes fabled in mystery furnish worlds,
as conquests of time fold into silence...
She is the mystique of the cosmos — 'elixir immortale,
embalming the wilderness of dreams
O'er a thousand skies captive in the fever of her ocean;
my breath anchors, where a life-time of souls drown
in brushed whispers of candle flame

Kingdoms of passion unveil in ethereal tides,
as the sun traces her finger tips over my skin
Burning in Pleiadian mythology — I reach into vistas
of indigo towards the lips of a Goddess

the metaphor of the succubus made me smile. then when you brought it back to the universal theme that we all desire love i was already nodding quite heavily. wonderful piece

While I cannot disagree more with your take on love, however depressing, this is a very good poem. It has a very subtle tone to it, which I think, captures perfectly the morbidity of love that you're trying to convey, and you manage to create some very powerful images with your choice and positioning of words.
