And i went out to play.

Creatures of the night,
Linger in the mist.
As the fire shines bright,
And we laugh in squeamish fits.

I Hate YouI have something to say to a certain someone. Someone who I know will read this. Do you want to know what my secret is--even though it isn't much of a secret to the person this is meant for?

I hate you.

I hate you because you're always lying, always pretending everything is okay and just making up excuse after excuse.

I hate you because you can't just suck it up and stop being such a child, trying to make everyone else just as miserable as you.

I hate you because you never seem to do your best anymore, even though you insist time after time that you are.

I hate you because you're pathetic and weak, and you're too terrified to go through

During the winter season on a night very cold
Where the frosty breeze sends shivers down your spine
I met a little boy on the road decades ago
Who looked at the time to be about eight or nine.

I saw him aimlessly wandering from afar
Dodging cars who simply passed him by.
Judging by his ripped clothes he had many scars
And a pair of the most pained blue eyes

Now normally I would have just continued driving.
Who the hell cares about this little ploy?
Its tough enough in this world surviving
Without striving to care about some little boy.

For I asked myself if I was in his shoes
Would he bother to stop his

I DIDN'T MAKE THIS PICTURE. It was by ~DaughterofHermes a great photography if i have ever seen one
Alright so this poem is slightly happier than what i usually do but it still has my bittersweet twist to it. Its more of a song than a poem and i had some fun with its structure.
