the waiting gamethis is the part where i wait

this is the part where i watch your movements, deciding whether you want to be closer to me, or put distance between us

the part where you say things about me but not to me, wondering if you want to converse with me or if i'm imagining things

where i can't stop staring, trying to find out if it's you that i really want

until that's all i'm left with. endless questionable want with no closure. no way to find out. all i should do is wait.

but waiting seems to have much more to it than originally thought

and for the things that have meaning

They shout, and rejoice in the echo

as the pain was too much

If you’d ask me, I wouldn’t know.

Everyday at 8am, she would come inside my paint shop.

Hiding her face with her hand, turning away with a smile showing. And in a pleasant timid tone, she would ask,

"One tube, of Indigo"

The only color she ever asked for—ever needed really.

I found it queer, very weird, but what was worse is when she asked me for her paint brush.

I handed it to her, but not in haste, just to see how she would react.

She paid me, like anyone else, but unlike everyone else, she tore the bristles one by one from the handle; just humming.

She came out in a dress full of laces,
She faced up a crowd and their god-fearin' faces.
They started screamin' murder over hymns and a gospel,
They said 'you better run or you're caught in the Witch's spell...'

But out came the sun and it dried up all the f***in' rain,

I was looking at slightly yuri adventure time pictures while listening to couple rappers i love (Childish Gambino/ Macklemore) , who were talking about how homosexuality is prejudiced against so i put myself in their place and wrote a poem about it. its pretty cool someone would try to put themselves in our place. it really helps alot. specially when some of us do hide, after all my family says they accept me but they still dont want me to come out because of the stares they would get for raiseing a defective child. its a good poem.
